Attorneys from the Law Office of Dianne Kathryn Jones will take time to thoroughly analyze each client’s case. Attorneys will review the information or indictment with the client. They will also review and discuss all arrest and search warrant affidavits. Additionally, attorneys will meet with prosecutors and review court files to assess the case. Once an accurate assessment of the case is made, attorneys will meet with the client and communicate plea offers and discuss all possible defenses including motions to suppress and appellate issues. Should the client choose to enter a plea of guilty; the attorney will make a concerted effort to get the best plea offer possible. In the alternative, if the client chooses to go to trial, the attorney will aggressively explore all possible defenses and trial strategies to present the clients case in the best possible light.
